• Provide on-site technical support during scheduled participant visits
• Assist participants with porting mobile phones to the required platform
• Configure and pair Apple Watch devices with participant mobile phones
• Ensure proper installation of applications and system settings
• Verify device connectivity, data synchronization, and functionality

What’s Needed?

• Previous experience supporting clinical research or healthcare technology environments
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) systems
• Experience working in participant-facing or customer support roles
• Ability to communicate information effectively
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills on mobile devices and wearables
