Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Florence, KY is hiring an Associate Store Manager to support the Store Manager and oversee daily store operations in a full-time role. You will coordinate staff, ensure The Hi Five Guest Experience, and keep store conditions compliant with policies.

The ASM will train and coach associates, assist with scheduling and performance reviews, manage cash handling and POS operations, and respond to guest needs to deliver outstanding service.

• Excellent customer service and communication to enhance guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and coach store associates including scheduling and performance feedback.
• Handle store administration and paperwork under Store Manager guidance.
• Ensure The Hi Five Guest Experience is delivered consistently.
• Oversee DipSide and beverage preparation and correct handling of POS transactions.
• Maintain store conditions, stock levels, and safety/compliance standards.
