Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Florence, KY is hiring a part-time Guest Services Associate to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience across every visit. You will greet guests, assist with dipside items, and ensure accurate transactions at the POS while upholding store standards.

This role requires strong English communication, cash handling accuracy, and the ability to work a flexible 1st-3rd shift schedule with up to 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate the POS terminal and handle cash and payments accurately.
• Ability to follow store policies and safety guidelines during shifts.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and provide helpful service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy with transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Greet guests and anticipate needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare dip-side items and related ice cream/yogurt products.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately, handling transactions and changes.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, presentable displays.
• Monitor temperatures and maintain safe store conditions.
• Complete time records and relevant customer documents.
• Participate in other duties as assigned by Management.
