Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Associate Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and guest service excellence. This role focuses on leading and coaching staff, maintaining store standards, and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

The ASM will manage shifts, supervise service quality, and assist in all aspects of store administration. This position requires adherence to policies and the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to prepare DipSide items using supplies located in the dip cabinets.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions, coupons and food stamps, recognize denominations and accurately make change.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and coach other Associates including onboarding and performance counseling.
• Perform store administration duties such as ordering, reviewing delivery reports, and paperwork under Store Manager guidance.
• Ensure exceptional Guest Experience following The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Oversee dipside preparation and train staff in dipside techniques.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately and securely.
