Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Associate Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations. The ASM will ensure exceptional guest service, supervise staff, and oversee cash handling and store presentation.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, managing store administration, and upholding safety and compliance. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to delivering The Hi Five Guest Experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and coaching experience in a retail or food service setting.
• Ability to train and develop team members across roles.
• Strong customer service mindset with focus on guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and coach store associates including scheduling and performance feedback.
• Oversee store administration, ordering, and reporting as directed by Store Manager.
• Deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure high-store standards.
• Lead dipside operations for shakes, beverages, and related items.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately, handle transactions and cash controls.
• Ensure shelves, freezers, and displays are stocked and presentable.
• Maintain security by monitoring customers and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and equipment condition; handle maintenance tasks.
• Complete time records and readiness planning; perform other duties as assigned.
