Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer experiences by modeling CEL behaviors and coaching staff.
Maintain store standards and oversee daily open/close, cleaning and recovery tasks.
Review progress, communicate action plans, and ensure tasks are completed.
Drive sales by leveraging inventory and merchandising presentations.
Support payroll, scheduling and associate relations in partnership with Store Manager.
