• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in big box or specialty environments.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Store Associates to implement policies and initiatives.
• Oversee inventory, pricing, promotions and store operations to maximize sales.
• Recruit, train and coach staff; manage payroll and scheduling.
