Beacon Hill Solutions Group in Seattle is seeking an Associate Staffing Consultant to support the contract staffing training program, focusing on the candidate lifecycle and sourcing for contract roles. This role will partner with an assigned counterpart to strengthen recruiting skills and develop a robust candidate funnel.

You will identify prospects, post jobs, interview candidates, and prep them for client interviews, while coordinating feedback and next steps.

Formación

• Ability to assess candidate fit based on job requirements and business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Post jobs on boards and screen candidates.
• Interview candidates and prepare them for client interviews.
• Coordinate interview feedback and next steps with clients.
• Support the offer process and onboarding readiness.
• Proactively source candidates and build a candidate pipeline.
