Job summary

Authorium, Inc. in San Francisco seeks an Associate Solutions Engineer to drive delivery execution, configure client‑ready solutions, and document system decisions.

You will lead discovery sessions, translate customer requirements into concrete setups, and maintain clear, accurate handoffs for Quality Assurance. This role blends collaborative consulting with individual contributions and requires working with Product and Engineering to improve our delivery playbooks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical or analytical role (Implementation, Support, or Junior Analyst) preferably within B2B SaaS.
• Strong ability to understand conditional logic (if/then/else) and structured data.
• High attention to detail with documentation and following complex processes without skipping steps.
• Effective communication to explain technical steps to internal and external users.
• Adaptability in fast-paced technical environments with continuous product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Configure templates, workflows, and rules based on established design patterns.
• Translate customer requirements into functional system setups.
• Maintain a clear pulse on tasks and surface blockers early to your lead.
