Job summary

Madrona Venture Labs is seeking an Associate Solutions Engineer to bridge product, sales, and engineering. You’ll lead technical pre-sales conversations, guide architecture reviews, and craft tailored solutions that demonstrate our platform’s value.

You’ll help customers with onboarding and integrations, tackle RFPs and security reviews, and serve as a trusted advocate translating real-world needs into product insights. Join a fast-paced, customer-focused team in Seattle HQ three days a week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Solutions Engineering or related SaaS role.
• 1+ years of selling into SMB or Mid Market accounts.
• Comfortable with APIs, SSO, basic scripting (e.g., Python, JS), and debugging tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Guide architecture reviews and craft tailored solutions that showcase our platform’s value.
• Support customers through onboarding and integrations.
• Tackle RFPs, security reviews, and support tickets to keep projects moving.
• Become a trusted advocate for users and translate needs into product insights.
