You will respond to inquiries promptly and help drive customer satisfaction with Buckman’s solutions. With a 3.4M/yr account, you’ll contribute to revenue growth, learn to implement savings projects, and report performance to customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship with the SAPPI Somerset account and drive satisfaction.
• Conduct business reviews, prepare service reports, and coordinate customer entertainment as needed.
• Lead savings projects to improve process costs by more than 10% annually.
• Propose chemical and digital solutions to lower customer costs and optimize processes.
• Work toward annual sales targets by increasing volumes or securing new applications.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform decisions.
• Respond to service calls and maintain equipment to ensure customer happiness.
