The position involves implementing sales strategies, providing technical support, collaborating with internal teams, and travel up to 50% including overseas assignments.

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate degree in engineering, architecture, building construction, marketing or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a technical sales role, preferably in fenestration or construction.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and design drawings.
• Understanding of business development principles and technique.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with industry visibility.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements sales strategies to increase product awareness and grow territory.
• Develops action plans by account to meet sales objectives and expand markets.
• Manages customer expectations with product design and technical support.
• Interacts with customer sales teams to provide support and promote products.
• Contributes to innovation projects and improves products and services.
• Leads design and development of new products using best practices and QA tools.
• Applies creative problem solving to technical challenges across approaches.
• Builds relationships with architects, engineers, and construction companies.
• Coordinates pricing, scheduling, performance, and requirements with internal teams.
• Supports promotional activities and attends local industry events.
• Position requires approximately 50% travel, including overseas travel.
