Job summary

Sheetak, Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer to join the Customer Solutions Center. You’ll be the frontline technical resource for customers and field sales, guiding design-in and qualification to win opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical customer support or sales engineering, with a strong background in thermal or electronic systems engineering and the ability to communicate with both engineering teams and sales partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or related technical field.
• 5+ years in sales engineering, applications engineering, or technical customer support with engineering-level customers.
• Solid grounding in thermal management principles and cooling system design.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into product recommendations and communicate to engineering and non-engineering audiences.
• Experience supporting B2B sales cycles, including meetings, proposals, and design review support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM platforms Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customers for questions, design inquiries, and product selection.
• Analyze thermal management requirements and recommend Sheetak modules, assemblies, or system solutions.
• Support design-in process with guidance on thermal modeling, integration, mounting, and system performance.
• Prepare technical presentations, notes, and demonstrations for customer engineering teams.
• Collaborate with internal engineering to address complex technical questions and obtain specs.
• Track technical engagement in CRM and update Customer Solutions Center leadership.
