Responsibilities

• Support Sales Engineers with customer discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proof‑of‑concept activities.
• Prepare demo environments, presentations and supporting materials for customer meetings.
• Build understanding of customer challenges and connect business needs to Ideagen solutions.
• Learn and apply sales methodologies, including how opportunities are qualified and progressed.
• Develop knowledge of Ideagen's products, industries and customer use cases.
• Use approved AI tools and resources to support preparation, research and customer interactions.
• Gather customer and market insights and share feedback with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Product teams and Sales Engineering to support successful outcomes.
