Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Engineers with discovery sessions and product demonstrations.
• Prepare demo environments, presentations and materials for customer meetings.
• Understand customer challenges and map them to Ideagen solutions.
• Learn sales methodologies for opportunity qualification and progression.
• Develop knowledge of Ideagen products, industries and use cases.
• Use approved AI tools to support preparation, research and customer interactions.
• Gather customer and market insights and share feedback with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Product teams to drive successful outcomes.
