Ideagen is seeking a Revenue Enablement Partner in Fort Lauderdale to join our Americas sales leadership team. This permanent hybrid role partners with senior sales leaders to translate strategy into measurable performance.

You will design enablement programmes, coach managers, and drive AI-powered tools adoption to boost productivity and win rates. Collaborating with RevOps, Product and Marketing, you’ll ensure teams stay equipped to succeed.

• Experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Enablement.
• Ability to influence, inspire and drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leaders to unlock performance and accelerate growth across the Americas.
• Design and deliver enablement programmes that improve productivity, increase win rates and help people reach their potential faster.
• Champion modern sales excellence through coaching, methodology adoption and manager development.
• Be at the forefront of AI innovation, helping revenue teams embrace new technologies that transform how they prospect, engage, forecast and win.
• Translate business strategy into practical, measurable actions that drive commercial outcomes.
• Work closely with RevOps, Product and Marketing to ensure our teams are always equipped to succeed.
