You will translate business strategy into practical actions, coach managers, and drive measurable impact across the Americas with RevOps, Product and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Ability to influence, inspire and drive measurable impact.
• Experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Leadership or Commercial Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leaders to unlock performance and accelerate growth across the Americas.
• Design and deliver enablement programmes to improve productivity and win rates.
• Champion modern sales excellence through coaching, and manager development.
• Lead AI innovation initiatives to help revenue teams adopt new tools.
• Translate business strategy into practical, measurable actions.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Product and Marketing to enable success.
