• Support Sales Engineers with discovery sessions, demos and PoCs.
• Prepare demo environments, presentations and materials for meetings.
• Link customer challenges to Ideagen solutions and outcomes.
• Learn and apply sales methodologies for qualification and progression.
• Build product and industry knowledge and share insights with teams.
• Use approved AI tools to aid research and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Account Execs, product teams and peers for success.
