• Experience in customer-facing, technical, sales or graduate roles is a plus.
• Exposure to SaaS or regulated industries is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Engineers with customer discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities.
• Prepare demo environments, presentations, and materials for customer meetings.
• Build understanding of customer challenges and map them to Ideagen solutions.
• Learn and apply sales methodologies for qualifying and progressing opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Ideagen products, industries and use cases.
• Utilize approved AI tools to aid preparation, research and interactions with customers.
• Gather customer and market insights and relay feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Product teams and Sales Engineering colleagues to enable successful outcomes.
