Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with 0+ years of experience.
• Basic knowledge of creating relay settings and logic diagrams.
• Familiarity with protection coordination studies.
• Ability to learn relay settings for microprocessor relays (SEL, Alstom, GE, ABB).
• Strong written and verbal communication when interfacing with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Work with protection engineers and review relay setting packages for quality.
• Create logic diagrams for IEC61850 substations.
• Collaborate with clients and staff in remote offices.
• Support project planning through design and construction phases.
• Prepare relay settings for 4.16kV to 500kV including set points and config files.
• Solve challenging substation engineering problems.
