Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager in Detroit, MI to partner with Relationship Managers, support sales and servicing efforts, and conduct financial and risk analyses. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2+ years of experience in commercial banking, financial services or client-facing sales role, or accounting.
• Novice to proficient knowledge of financial and credit risk analysis, U.S. economy and regulatory environment, sales and business development practices, and commercial lending practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers to assist sales and servicing activities.
• Identify and qualify prospects through research and client outreach.
• Prepare client presentations and proposals and participate in meetings.
• Collect KYC due diligence information and input data.
• Contribute to pricing analyses and deal memos.
• Support negotiations and progression of proposals.
