Job summary

The University of the District of Columbia seeks an Associate University Registrar for Systems & Curriculum to lead student information systems, curriculum management, degree audit technologies, and transfer credit operations. You will partner with IT, Enrollment Management, and faculty to ensure data integrity and compliant processes across the student lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in a university registrar or enrollment management environment.
• Minimum of three years administering student information systems.
• Experience with Banner Student, Degree Works, Courseleaf, Acadeum or comparable consortium platform.
• Experience managing transfer credit evaluation and curriculum implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead SIS administration and develop processes to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate curriculum management changes within Banner and related systems.
• Manage degree audit administration and update audit coding.
• Oversee transfer credit evaluations and CPL/transfer processes.
• Administer Acadeum and support partnership programs.
• Ensure compliance with FERPA and protect student records.
