Job summary

University of the District of Columbia seeks an Associate University Registrar for Systems & Curriculum to lead student information systems, curriculum management, degree audits, and transfer credit operations. You will drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across the student lifecycle, reporting to the University Registrar.

The role supervises staff, partners with Academic Affairs, and champions system improvements, including Acadeum, Banner, Degree Works, and Courseleaf.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in a university registrar or enrollment management environment.
• Minimum of three years administering student information systems.
• Experience with Banner Student, Degree Works, Courseleaf, Acadeum or comparable consortium management platform.
• Experience managing transfer credit evaluation and curriculum implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business processes to improve efficiency through automation and technology.
• Coordinate curriculum changes within Banner and related systems; manage catalog updates.
• Serve as institutional administrator for Degree Works; develop and update degree audit coding.
• Oversee transfer credit evaluations, postings, and related workflows; ensure SLA targets.
• Lead academic partnerships and administer exchange platforms such as Acadeum; ensure compliance with policies.
