Qualifications

• Master's degree required or closely related field.
• 5 years of experience in Enrollment Management or registrar/registration services in higher education.
• Strong knowledge of FERPA and compliance reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Office and student information systems (e.g., Banner).
• Ability to analyze data, manage complex databases, and extract insights.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of academic systems and catalog operations while ensuring compliance with academic policy.
• Lead registrar workflows and processes to support scalable, efficient operations across campuses.
• Partner with academic leadership to guide new certificates and degree programs from planning to launch.
• Oversee enrollment growth planning and onboarding of new programs.
• Supervise staff handling transfer credit evaluation, enrollment verification, transcripts, and audits.
