This flexible hybrid position combines three days on our Draper campus with two remote days, enabling strong service to students and adherence to FERPA and institutional policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years in a college/university Registrar’s Office.
• Experience with registrar functions (records, registration, audits, transfer credits).
• Working knowledge of FERPA and higher education policies.
• Experience using a SIS; strong Excel/Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support student registration, scheduling, classroom assignments, and academic records management.
• Maintain accurate student records throughout the lifecycle.
• Process transfer credits, attendance, grades, and enrollment verifications.
• Ensure FERPA compliance and policy adherence.
• Generate and analyze attendance, grades, and other operational reports.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Academic Affairs, and Financial Aid for student experience.
• Identify registrar process improvements to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
• Assist with audits, accreditation activities, and continuous improvement.
