Joyce University in Draper, UT, is seeking an Associate Registrar for a hybrid, full-time role with three on-campus days and two remote days. You will protect the integrity of academic records and support student progression from enrollment to graduation.

The role emphasizes FERPA compliance, process improvement, and collaboration with Admissions, Academic Affairs, and other departments to deliver a seamless student experience. A strong detail‑oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree is required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two+ years of progressively responsible Registrar's Office experience.
• Experience with student records, registration, scheduling, or degree audits.
• Working knowledge of FERPA and higher education policies.
• Experience with a Student Information System (SIS).

Responsibilities

• Support student registration, scheduling, classroom assignments, and academic records management.
• Maintain accurate student records throughout the student lifecycle.
• Process transfer credit evaluations, attendance, grades, degree audits, and enrollment verifications.
• Ensure FERPA compliance and adherence to institutional policies.
• Generate reports and analyze attendance, grades, and other metrics.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Academic Affairs, and other departments to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve registrar processes and reduce operational risk.
• Assist with audits, accreditation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
