Job summary

Southwest Tennessee Community College in Memphis seeks an Associate Registrar to join the Records Office. This full-time position blends academic records administration with technical systems oversight to ensure data integrity and compliance with state, federal, and institutional policies.

The Associate Registrar will supervise support staff, maintain Banner registration tables, oversee degree audits and transcripts, and coordinate with EAS on system upgrades, ensuring accurate enrollment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in a Registrar's Office or Enrollment Management preferred and should have a technical background.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Records team and manage critical enrollment functions.
• Oversee degree audits, transcript processing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT on SIS upgrades and patches.
• Configure and oversee degree audit software (Degree Works, Transit, Scribe).
• Serve as liaison among Registrar’s Office, IT, Advising, Admissions and Financial Aid.
