twentyAI in Manhattan, NYC is hiring an Associate Recruitment Consultant. The role offers a base salary of $50,000 with a Year 1 OTE of $75,000 plus uncapped earnings. The position is onsite three days a week, with a strong focus on multichannel headhunting and candidate development.

Responsibilities

• Use multichannel headhunting to identify niche skill sets.

• Negotiate and close offers.
• Provide market insights to clients and support live mandates.

About the Role

As a Recruiter at twentyAI, you’ll be part of a world-class training program that gives you access to leading clients, groundbreaking technology, and extraordinary talent networks. The majority of the leaders in our business started out as trainees and have worked through the ranks at the company to run teams, divisions and offices. We are now looking for the future top billers and leaders in the business.

Responsibilities

• Utilize multichannel headhunting and candidate generation techniques to identify and target niche skill sets
• Build and maintain a candidate database, deploying successful coding tactics to ensure access to relevant candidates
• Obtain referrals for best-in-class candidates
• Gather information to establish candidate suitability for vacancies whilst also obtaining leads and commercial information
• Managing interview feedback and conducting candidate meetings
• Negotiating and closing of offers
• Working with senior consultants & managers to provide market insights to clients whilst working on live mandates to ensure clients’ expectations are managed
• Attend networking events to embed in the ecosystem of your specialist market. The key to success is your network so developing these relationships in person quickly is crucial.
