You will manage the candidate life cycle, screen resumes, conduct phone screens, send assessments, coordinate interviews, and extend offers. A Bachelor's degree and a track record in a metrics-driven environment are preferred.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruiting tasks for Skilled Trades and Sales & Support.
• Manage the candidate life cycle.
• Review resumes to identify potential.
• Conduct phone screens to assess fit.
• Send assessments via The Predictive Index System.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Extend verbal and written offers.
