Kforce is seeking an on-site Talent Acquisition Fulfillment specialist in Mechanicsburg, PA to join a Field Talent Acquisition team. This full-cycle recruiter will screen and hire an entry-level workforce within fulfillment center operations, maintaining candidate experience and strong relationships with hiring managers.

Responsibilities include executing recruiting plans, building pipelines, and delivering high-quality candidates while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
