Job summary

ManpowerGroup in York, PA is seeking a Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment, connect candidates' skills with client needs, and deliver exceptional service to job seekers and customers.

In this on-site, US-PA-York role, you will source, screen, interview, and coordinate across hiring managers, developing strong local market relationships.

You will also host events, maintain ATS records, and stay current on labor trends to secure ongoing opportunities within the ManpowerGroup network.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo, Avature, JobApp, or Bullhorn.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and post-interview feedback to candidates.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events.
• Make weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume accounts.
• Arrange job fairs and recruitment events in the market.
• Maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
