Job summary

Curion is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our Recruiting Operations Team in Duluth, GA. You will contact, screen, and schedule consumers daily to participate in research studies and help meet total respondent and quota goals.

You will report to the Senior Recruiting Manager and support the recruitment phase of upcoming studies, maintaining participant records and scheduling logistics with professionalism and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanor.
• Well organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Contact, screen, and schedule consumers daily for studies.
• Collaborate with Recruiting to meet respondent quotas.
• Assist in setting up and executing recruitment phases for studies.
• Maintain accurate participant records in the database.
• Schedule participants and manage study logistics efficiently.
• Communicate with participants professionally and ensure protocol compliance.
• Provide regular recruitment progress updates to the Senior Recruiting Manager.
