Job summary

Curion in Clark, NJ is seeking a Bilingual Lead Consumer Research Field Recruiter to manage onsite recruitment activities and grow the local consumer database. You will guide field recruitment staff, coordinate with client leads and cross-functional partners, and ensure high-quality recruitment support at the client’s onsite research center.

You will mentor team members, oversee program development, and ensure engagement with clients to meet study objectives and growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client scientists on scope and recruitment criteria
• Coordinate lab requests for all client testing locations
• Attend meetings for major project decisions
• Monitor program management including budgets, scheduling, recruitment, execution, and incentives
• Provide thought leadership across client recruitment and logistics
• Liaise with client communications and security for participant management
• Provide updates on panel growth and study fill rates
• Establish testing protocols based on best practices
• Transfer knowledge to staff through learning tools
• Explore new methodologies to meet business needs
• Analyze recruitment data and present results to project leads
• Mentor staff and provide direction
• Work flexible hours to support research execution
• Collaborate across levels and functions including ARCs troubleshooting and SOP maintenance
