Job summary

EBizCharge and Century Business Solutions, based in Irvine, CA, is seeking an Associate Recruiter to source, pre-screen, and present candidates to hiring managers in a fast-paced talent team.

You will manage pipelines, leverage sourcing platforms, and maintain candidate records in Rippling while collaborating with HR to meet weekly hiring goals.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience.
• BA/BS Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates via advanced sourcing techniques preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• High energy and driven individual with proven track record of results.
• Fully onsite in Irvine, CA office is required.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and applicant tracking software.

We are looking to hire an Associate Recruiter to add to our Talent Acquisition team. The Associate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, and presenting candidates to hiring managers. This role will work alongside the Talent Acquisition and HR teams in a fast paced, energetic, and goal-oriented environment using effective sourcing strategies and best practices to seek top talent.
