As a member of the NDX Recruiting Team, the Recruiter will work closely with NDX leadership, partnering to achieve hiring targets both as a TEAM and individually. We have a great training program to teach you the recruiting business and support you in your career growth.

What You'll Do:

• Full lifecycle recruiting candidates include sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback/recommendations, and assisting the candidate through offer negotiations and acceptance.
• Support NDX growth by recruiting professionals who deliver superior client-service, are great communicators, problem solvers and embody a collaborative spirit.
• Possess an evolving understanding of NDX culture, pipeline, processes, protocols and service to source, recruit and hire top talent.
• Leverage recruiting resources including internal CRM (Bullhorn), social media, LinkedIn, networking, and professional organizations to identify and source qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on candidate pipelines and recruiting activities within CRM (Bullhorn)
• Provide data, statistics, feedback, and recommendations to optimize the recruiting process over time.
• Handle employee referrals with care and collaboration

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Preferred experience in retail, customer service, athletics
• Build solid, effective working relationships with others both internally and externally
• Work independently with minimum supervision
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion
• Strong marketing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
