Job summary

Dexian's Customer Operations Recruiting Team is seeking a recruiter to partner with hiring managers across the contact center to attract and hire top talent. In this fast-paced, high-impact role, you will own intake, influence talent strategy, and drive hiring plans.

You will execute full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles, develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and deliver an excellent candidate experience while keeping data accurate and processes efficient.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (high-volume recruiting preferred).
• Ability to influence and build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Experience developing and executing recruiting strategies and sourcing plans.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process discipline.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers, owning intake and talent strategy.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting for high-volume contact center roles.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment to role and culture.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews; lead debrief and consensus meetings to support hiring decisions.
• Present and negotiate offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (HR, business teams, and recruiting peers) to streamline processes and mitigate risk.
• Maintain data accuracy and process excellence across recruiting activities.
• Navigate ambiguity and solve problems proactively while meeting time-to-fill goals.
