Job summary

Thomas Edison State University seeks an Associate Provost for Curriculum Innovation and Outcomes to lead curricular reform efforts and advance workforce-aligned programs. You will work with Deans and senior leaders to ideate, launch, and sustain innovative programs across the university.

The role requires executive-level oversight of academic program reviews and collaboration with Marketing, IT, Registrar, and Admissions to ensure timely, coordinated rollouts.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree required (appropriate academic field).
• Minimum five years of college-level teaching and/or administrative experience.
• At least five years in higher education program development or workforce relations.
• Experience with collegiate online instruction.
• Proven ability to liaise with multiple departments and manage projects.
