Job summary

Vaughan Nelson Investment Management in Houston seeks a Marketing Associate to drive responses to RFPs and DDQs, manage questionnaires, and maintain the firm’s content databases. You will edit, package, and deliver client-ready proposals under tight deadlines while aligning with client requirements.

As the team embraces AI-assisted drafting and content automation, you will shape how these tools integrate into workflows, develop templates, and track metrics like turnaround time and content reuse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to translate investment content.
• Ability to manage time and projects independently under heavy workload.
• Experience with AI drafting and content automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, and deliver RFPs, DDQs, and questionnaires on tight deadlines.
• Manage RFP/RFI processes from inception to completion with subject matter experts.
• Maintain and populate content databases and ensure timeliness of materials.
• Help establish AI-assisted drafting tools and define workflow integration.
• Apply product management discipline to responses and measure outcomes with metrics.
