Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls to receive maintenance requests and inquiries
• Schedule and dispatch maintenance technicians and other vendors
• Follow up with residents regarding maintenance, payment requests, and questions
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants
• Contact residents regarding missed or late payments/dues
• Collect, record, and deposit payments
• Maintain account and/or legal records and filing systems
• Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly reports as needed
• Adhere to local, state, and federal Fair Housing regulations and best practices
