Job summary

Ideal candidates have leasing or property management experience, solid bookkeeping skills, and strong attention to detail with excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of office administrative experience.
• Prior leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Detail orientation with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and follow up with residents on maintenance requests and notices.
• Maintain documentation of vacancies, process applications, conduct credit checks, set up lease files.
• Process rent payments, deposits, and application fees; record and deposit payments.
• Assist with resident relations and planning community events.
• Support administrative, legal, and accounting functions as part of leasing operations.
