Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, and upkeep of a State College property. You will liaise between owners and tenants, drive occupancy, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance.

The role requires leasing, marketing, inspections, maintenance, budgeting, and enforcement of lease terms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 2-5+ years of experience in property management or real estate operations.
• Valid Real Estate License or Property Management Certification (CPM, ARM, or CAM) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out inspections and onboarding for new residents/tenants.
• Market vacant units across rental platforms to attract tenants.
• Prepare budgets, track expenses, and ensure regulatory compliance.
