Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks a Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a manufactured housing community, ensuring resident satisfaction, strong property performance, and solid financial results.

You will supervise on-site staff, coordinate with vendors, manage leasing and rent collection, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering an excellent resident experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management or related field.
• Strong leadership, customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and property operations.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident relations and coordinate community events.
• Manage rent payments, delinquencies, deposits, and evictions with accurate records.
• Market the community, process applications, and manage leases and renewals.
• Monitor expenses, verify invoices, and stay within budget.
• Inspect and maintain homes, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff while upholding safety and professionalism.
• Maintain financial, resident, maintenance, vendor, and property records.
• Identify capital improvement needs and coordinate major repairs.
• Enforce community rules and ensure legal compliance.
• Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
