Job Title: Associate Property Manager at CBRE

About the Role:
As a CBRE Associate Property Manager, you will work with the Property Manager or higher staff to lead all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties, including marketing, operations, and financial activities, in accordance with real estate management agreements and CBRE policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to tenant needs, ensuring prompt resolution of problems and vendor contract management, in compliance with policies and standards.
2. Perform regular property inspections and recommend or approve necessary alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning.
3. Manage and approve vendor invoices and tenant billings accurately.
4. Market properties, coordinate tenant move-ins/move-outs, and conduct property walkthroughs.
5. Act as the primary contact for property owners, providing timely and accurate reports.
6. Develop and manage annual budgets, forecast management plans, and explain variances.
7. Collect rent, pay expenses, and manage tenant delinquencies, including legal notices and actions.
8. Build business relationships through professional and civic participation.
9. Perform all duties of the Property Manager in their absence.
10. Apply standard principles and techniques to routine problems, demonstrating broad knowledge and leadership aligned with CBRE RISE values.
