Job description

Join to apply for the Associate Property Manager role at Panda Restaurant Group.

This position is a training role for future Property Managers, typically requiring 24 months of experience and completion of the CPM. The Associate Property Manager performs property management duties under supervision, including investigating, negotiating, and resolving disputes with landlords, conducting lease audits, reviewing charges, and assisting in exit strategies for under-performing stores. The role involves working closely with Operations to understand business needs.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Resolving disputes with landlords to achieve savings.
  2. Verifying and approving charges/expenses against leases.
  3. Collaborating with Operations, attending regional meetings, and analyzing lease issues.
  4. Analyzing trends and preparing reports.
  5. Managing special projects.
  6. Overseeing property inspections and maintenance.
  7. Maintaining lease data accuracy.
  8. Preparing lease term sheets for new and renewing stores.

Candidate Requirements:
