Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to assist the Project Manager on a large complex project and on smaller projects as needed. The role provides administrative and technical direction and may oversee staff under supervision.

The position is based in our office in multiple locations, with travel to project sites required. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred, with up to 1 year of construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Mechanical/Construction Management or related field.
• 0-1 year of construction and/or project experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Project management training or experience or understanding of project lifecycle.
• Strong process orientation and analytical/mathematical skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Willingness to travel to and potentially relocate to project sites.
• Experience with Accubid is a plus.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the total construction and design effort to align with design, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication between internal and external project members (GCs, subs, superintendents, foremen).
• Assist the PM in staffing approvals (superintendent, foremen).
• Perform specialized estimating and assist in project estimating.
• Assist PM with purchase requisitions, payment approvals, and change orders.
• Support safety program implementation and ensure OSHA compliance.
