Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC in Minnesota is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the Project Manager on one large project or multiple smaller projects. You'll assist with administrative and technical direction, coordinating design, budget, and schedule to ensure project success.

This role requires a bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management, 0–1 year experience, strong communication and leadership, willingness to travel to project locations, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 0–1 year of construction and/or project experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Project management training or skills with understanding of project lifecycle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented.
• Willingness to travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the total construction and design effort to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and Foremen.
• Assist staffing decisions for superintendents and foremen.
• Perform specialized estimating and assist in project estimating.
• Support purchasing, payment approvals, and change orders.
• Contribute to safety program implementation and OSHA compliance.
