Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the Project Manager on one large complex project or several smaller projects from our St. Louis, MO office.

You will assist with administrative and technical direction, while coordinating between internal and external teams to maintain scope, schedule, and budget. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 0–1 year of experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and willingness to travel to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 0-1 year construction experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Project Managed training, experience or skills with a basic project lifecycle.
• Strong process orientation, analytical and mathematical skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership abilities.
• Willing to travel to and potentially relocate to project locations.
• Experience with Accubid and Bluebeam Revu is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the total construction and design effort to align with design, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate communication between internal and external project members.
• Assist staffing decisions including superintendent and foremen selections.
• Perform specialized estimating and assist in estimating projects.
• Assist with purchase requisitions, payment approvals and change orders.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
