The role provides growth toward a Project Manager position within AVI-SPL's structured processes. You will follow AVI-SPL standards, participate in kick-off meetings, coordinate resources, track milestones, and maintain accurate project records, with opportunities to develop skills for larger

Qualifications

• Experience as an assistant Project Manager or project coordination role.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PDF software.
• Ability to manage tasks and resources to meet project objectives.
• Valid Driver’s License and driving record meeting AVI-SPL standards.
• Ability to travel to various job sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Support project management resources with key activities.
• Assist in maintaining contract documents, schedules and scopes of work.
• Help manage project team tasks and milestones.
• Facilitate internal and external project kick-off meetings.
• Maintain clear internal and external communications and documentation.
• Assist in change order processes and issue escalation.
• Prepare progress reports and document project status.
