JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate in the Workforce Architecture group to drive and document a scalable Jobs & Skills taxonomy across the enterprise. You will align HR systems, governance, and stakeholder communications to enable talent mobility and workforce planning.

You will partner with HR, product, data, and business teams to translate capabilities into enterprise-grade employee experiences, ensuring changes are implemented cleanly and consistently at scale.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting job architecture and/or skills taxonomy efforts (e.g., job families/levels, job descriptions, career paths, job codes, role mapping).
• Ability to organize ambiguous inputs into clear documentation, decisions, and outcomes.
• Experience supporting mapping activities (job-to-task-to-skill) including data validation and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with HR systems of record and downstream impact on reporting and workflows.
• Experience delivering for large-scale updates with tracking and status monitoring.
• Strong control mindset: following processes, approvals, and risk/gap escalation.
• Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for implementation/readiness materials.

Aufgaben

• Support execution of modern job architecture activities: job families, levels, descriptions, career paths, and skills taxonomy updates.
• Assist with job–task–skill mapping, organizing inputs, documenting decisions, and maintaining standards alignment.
• Coordinate job description updates with task examples, skills inputs, and consistent role information.
• Support mass employee job code updates by tracking populations and monitoring execution status.
• Partner with HR, Product, Jobs, Skills, and business teams to coordinate updates across systems and reporting.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, logs, and status updates for timely delivery.
• Support governance by following standards, approvals, and risk escalation.
• Coordinate with Risk, Controls, and Legal to ensure guardrails during execution.
• Prepare implementation materials and readiness documentation for planning and adoption.
• Capture feedback and lessons learned to inform transformation priorities.
