Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 3+ years of project delivery experience in industrial/automation environments.
• Exposure to structured project execution methods and lifecycle management practices.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from execution start through commissioning and closeout.
• Assist with schedules, budgets, deliverables, and execution plans.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field teams.
• Track risks, issues, and change orders with proper documentation.
• Support installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance activities.
• Prepare project documentation and gate deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project records using PM tools.
• Support estimation, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams, customers, and trade partners.
• Build relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Identify and elevate risks, scope changes, and schedule impacts early.
• Seek guidance from senior leadership while developing PM capabilities.
